Junior Open Water Diver
After you've completed your Try Dive and you fall in love with scuba diving, you can start your Junior Open Water course. Explore the DiveLife difference, check out how we work with small classes, and realistic training approaches. All your training will be done in state of the art equipment, with equally modern training methods, neutrally buoyant, learning at your speed.
Who is this for?
If you're 10 or 11 years and have the desire to explore the underwater world this course is for you! If you are 12 or older, you can do the 'normal' Open Water course.
After you've done your Try Dive, and realised that you really just need to get yourself certified as a Junior Open Water Diver you are ready to start this Course!
What Will you learn?
We will teach you the core skills of scuba diving; buoyancy and trim, propulsion, team diving skills, as well as all the ancillary skills you may need under the water. You'll walk away a solid and confident diver, ready to explore the underwater realm globally under the supervision of a parent or a dive professional.
Pricing & Duration
The course price is kept competitive, we charge £500 for the Junior Open Water course, this includes, your cert and all learning materials, your classroom training, all equipment you could possibly need, 5 pool training hours, and 2 days on a UK dive site. Although we can finish this course in weeks for those in a rush, we generally prefer to take 2-3 months to complete it.
