The Pelagic boot is a lightweight comfortable warm boot. The addition of the footbed provides a stable chassis and greater comfort when finning and climbing ladders. It also makes them ideal for occasional shore diving. The Pelagic’s outsole gives great grip and comfort, whilst minimising weight. This makes it ideal for travelling and boat diving, but the addition of the ergonomic insole makes the Pelagic a versatile performer, more than capable of shore diving as well.
What We Liked
- Sturdy sole, good for rocks and ladder climbs
- Easy to use plastic zip
- Sturdy heel point for fin straps
What We Disliked
- Could be improved with a more rigid sole

In Summary
The Pelagic is a well balanced boot for wetsuit diving. It's tough enough to handle some moderately rocky shore dives. Boots are generally a wear item for divers and the Pelagic should last for quite some time. As always with Fourth Element products aside from functioning well, it looks good too!
